Important Travel Information
1. DULLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Please note: There are three airports serving the Washington D.C. area including Dulles Int., BWI, and Reagan National.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL ATTENDEES TO USE DULLES INTERNATIONAL.
Dulles airport is only minutes away from the hotels and conference site.
Depending on traffic conditions, the other two airports can be anywhere from a 1 to 2 hour drive to the conference site.
2. HOTEL SHUTTLES
Each conference hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from Dulles airport ONLY!
Please call the hotel prior to arrival to for pick up information.
3. TRANSPORTATION/RENTAL CAR
All conference events will be held at Grace Covenant Church. Although in close proximity, transportation will be needed to and from the hotel sites, which are not a comfortable walking distance to the Church.
We encourage all attendees to arrange transportation or a rental car.
